Running September 15-17 at THE MART, the National Bridal Market Chicago brought together many of the best of the bridal industry, all under one roof. The Spring Market showcased an outstanding array of bridal and special occasion from 154 designers, all situated within 150,000 square feet of booth space across THE MART’s 7th floor.
This season’s show proudly welcomed 22 new designers, including notable names such as Anna Sposa, Diane Legrand, Freda Bennet, Tres Chic, Maxra Govana Bridal and Modeca. Additionally, the National Bridal Market Chicago showcased 20 international designers, reflecting a steady growth in global representation each season.
Highlights included the Sunday night Fashion Show featuring 155 pieces and drawing more than 600 guests to a new runway venue on the 4th floor. On Monday night, more than 400 guests danced the night away at the Riverfront Soiree, featuring breathtaking skyline and river views, networking, open bar and great music. September Market also featured daily happy hour events, complimentary breakfast and lunch, and multiple “Instagrammable moments” for guests and models – including a tribute to the late Yumi Katsura featuring 10 specially curated vintage gowns from the Yumi Katsura archives.
“Our goal is always to create an inspiring environment for bridal retailers and designers to connect, collaborate and conduct business effectively,” said Monique Kielar, vice president of marketing for National Bridal Market Chicago.
