In a strategic move poised to drive growth and strengthen its commitment to excellence, Morilee has announced the appointment of Nathan Serphos as its new Chief Executive Officer, replacing outgoing president and CEO Terri Eagle.
During his 11-month tenure as Morilee’s Chief Operating Officer, Serphos has played a key role in strengthening Morilee’s business foundation and implementing critical operational improvements. With over two decades of experience in building successful luxury brands at Boll and Branch, Ralph Lauren and Michael Kors, he brings significant industry knowledge, dynamic leadership style and a strategic vision that will guide Morilee into its next chapter.
As part of its plan for global expansion, Morilee also introduced Matteo Maggini as its new Chief Commercial Officer. With a 17-year tenure at Morilee, Maggini’s deep industry expertise, a commitment to customer centric support and service, will be instrumental in enhancing consumer experiences and driving brand growth across sales and marketing channels. His passion for the Morilee brand and his dedicated approach to supporting Morilee's valued retailers and the end consumers will play a vital role in achieving our goals.
