ANDMOREā ’s Formal Markets has extended its successful educational partnership with Mon Cheri Academy for 2025 to produce monthly retail-training webinars throughout 2025 and a day-long, in-person business skills session just before April Buying Week on March 31, 2025, at AmericasMart Atlanta.
“ANDMORE is committed to advancing the education and expertise of our Formal Markets attendees in an industry that is constantly adapting and innovating,” said Caron Stover, ANDMORE SVP, Apparel. “We’re excited to extend this exclusive, year-long partnership with Mon Cheri Academy into 2025, bringing attendees an array of new and timely educational topics that will be unveiled throughout the year.”
The extended, comprehensive Mon Cheri Academy program includes virtual sessions between markets, offering ongoing insights to help businesses thrive, as well as the live, in-person workshop at the April market.
“Mon Cheri Academy has been taught since 1995 with a mission of improving retailer performance in many ways, and we are excited to continue bringing education to Formal Markets attendees,” said Steve Lang, CEO of Mon Cheri Bridals. “Along with education for the Formal Markets audience, this course has been taught at two major universities and continues to evolve with changing times.”
In Spring 2025, Formal Markets will be presented as part of April Buying Week, a comprehensive, cross-category sourcing and shopping experience which brings Formal Markets together with ANDMORE’s Atlanta Apparel and Spring Market (Gift + Home). Integration of three major AmericasMart Atlanta market events into a single, concurrent marketplace affords buyers access to myriad apparel, formalwear, gift and home resources in nearly 950 permanent showrooms and 400 temporary exhibits, all available in one location.
